DOING IT LIVE

When the incredibly talented Musican and Poet, Reid approached us to capture the magic of her new track Crash Ah, we were incredibly excited.

She wanted to capture the stripped back instrumentation of the song, as well as the raw vibrancy of her vocals live.

So our aim was to make a film that encapsulated some of that energy.

CREATIVE

We wanted to create a moody jazz club aesthetic, that still felt contemporary and not overly stylised.

Shooting on multiple RED cameras helped us capture the live energy, achieving smooth and stylised movements using a dolly and cinema zoom lenses.
